I had the honour of photographing Charly and Ryans wedding this month. This was a case of deja vu for me as I also photographed Charlys Sisters wedding about 18 months before.
I always like to arrive ready to shoot with time to spare so I arrived at the brides parents home about an hour early. This allowed plenty of time to capture some lovely photographs of the bride and her bridesmaids preparing for the big day. After an or or so their cars arrived, a classic 1930s style open top car for the bride and her Father and a white Mercedes limo for the bridesmaids. Onto the service.
The chapel was on the grounds of the school that the groom used to attend. Their ceremony was very relaxed with plenty of good humour. We were very lucky with the weather, 1st November, bright, mild with a few fluffy white clouds, perfect! This was great as I was able to take the group photos on the steps of the chapel.
Their reception venue was a few miles from the chapel. They had chosen well. It was very well presented with friendly, helpful staff. I like to take this opportunity to take some candid photographs of the wedding guests. A great time was had by all.
Another great day of photography with some super photos.
I wish them all the very best for the future.
